1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReelEstate ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ReelEstate provides a platform for transforming real estate images into professional videos using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The Service includes image enhancement, video generation, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Data Processing

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including images, property data, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant ReelEstate a license to:

• Process, store, and transmit your User Content to provide the Service
• Send your User Content to third-party service providers for processing, including but not limited to AI and machine learning services for image enhancement, video generation, and data extraction
• Store your User Content on third-party cloud storage services
• Use your User Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service

Important: Your User Content, including images, property data, and HTML content, will be transmitted to and processed by third-party service providers. These third parties may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this data transfer and processing.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReelEstate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReelEstate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelEstate and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
